I wonder why this always happens to me, usually I get to meet either the bride or the groom for the first time on the wedding day.

Well…it all started in 2010 in their university days and they have been able to stay committed and finally tie the knot.

Lately, my understanding of love and commitment has blossomed.

Let’s flash back on what two weeks ago looked like for this love birds.

As usual we start the day off with details capturing and now It’s almost becoming a crime not to take pictures of the details.

while I was busy with that,  Olupitan Olusanya photography was doing an amazing job with the groom’s details

Apart from Folake complaining about not wanting too much make-up, she was pretty much a good girl.

By this time, Olumide and his grooms men were set and ready.

You can tell this guys didn’t come to play.

I have known Olumide for three years and two weeks ago was the happiest I have seen him.

With all  the “I don’t want eye lashes” she finally allowed the make-up artist do her thing.

On getting to the venue of the engagement, I truly saw the excited side to Olumide, the guy wasn’t joking.

He truly came to marry ohhhh

To all future grooms, come and learn from Olumide ohhhhhh

You can come with the SWAG but come with the DANCE along side.

Also, if you are marrying a Yoruba lady come with groomsmen that are willing and able to prostrate ohhhhh

Folake also came with her dancing shoes

It was an emotional day for daddy and daughter as the only girl and last born.

Love is a beautiful decision.

Guys, you don’t need to go to the gym to be able to carry her, but if going to the gym would be an added advantage, please do.

I forgot to mention that it was two events in one day and although we were running out of time, we were still able to take some photographs of them both.

We quickly had to get them ready for church, tie the knot and seal this seven years deal

To all those churches that don’t allow female photographers in trousers to capture moments well done ohhhhh.

I don’t get it’s Saturday, wedding ohhhhh not Sunday service

The seven years deal was sealed and it was time for me to get back to shooting

Group photographs can be really annoying but not when it comes to taking the train, they sure do make beautiful pictures for the grams

For me nothing is more beautiful than having time with the couple and giving them awesome memories to look forward too

It was time to head over to the reception as we had kept the guest waiting for a while

At this point, I felt like getting married too…

I never knew alumni’s could be this excited about signing their anthem. Only OAU students show this much excitement.

Every opportunity to kiss his bride, Olumide took hold of it.

For some reason this happens to be one of my favorites.

And that’s how the day ended.

Don’t give up love.

Stay committed.
